Refund Policy of Ganga Ram Hospital 

At Ganga Ram Hospital (GRD), we strive to provide quality healthcare services to all our patients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services availed at our hospital, including online and offline bookings for inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) services. 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances: 

  • Cancellation of online appointments before the scheduled consultation time. 

  • Duplicate payments made for the same service. 

  • Advance payments for procedures or services that are later canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. 

  • Service unavailability or hospital-initiated cancellations. 

 

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES The following services are non-refundable: 

  • Consultation fees after the consultation has taken place. 

  • Diagnostic tests and procedures once conducted. 

  • Inpatient (IPD) charges once admission has been processed. 

  • Pharmacy and medical supplies. 

  • Emergency services. 

 

3. REFUND PROCESS 

  • Patients must submit a refund request through email at info@gangaramdas.in or in person at the hospital’s billing counter. 

  • The request should include payment details, booking reference number, and reason for the refund. 

  • Refund approval will be subject to verification by the hospital’s accounts department. 

 

4. REFUND TIMELINE 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. 

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. 

  • In cases where online transactions are reversed, processing time may vary based on the payment provider. 

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • Patients may cancel an appointment by contacting the hospital at 7033838555 or 0657-3575024. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. 

  • Cancellations made after the stipulated time may be subject to deductions or may be non-refundable. 

 

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

  • In case of disputes regarding refunds, patients may escalate their concerns to the hospital administration at info@gangaramdas.in

  • The hospital management’s decision will be final in such cases.
